The mobile food business is now a multi-billion dollar industry. With the rising cost of brick and mortar restaurant leases and rents many people are finding real success in the mobile food business. Mobile food concessions usually have lower labor costs as well. Units usually are staffed with one to three people. Safety is something we take very seriously. Unfortunately is not always taken into consideration when people are looking to have a unit built. At Mobile Kitchen Builder we design and build with these three features taking extreme priority.
